Whether you're a volunteer, casual guide, or someone looking to get involved in supporting the cruise season, this one-day course will give you the tools and confidence to deliver a warm, safe, and memorable experience for passengers.

Led by Specialist Industry Manager from the Tourism Industry Council Tasmania, Larni Davies, and in partnership with TasPorts and Destination Southern Tasmania this free session is tailored specifically to the Burnie cruise season, with practical tips, local insights, and real-world scenarios to help you feel prepared and supported in your role.
 
Places are limited and allocated on a first in, best dressed basis – so don’t miss out.
