The Tasmanian Hospitality & Tourism Academy, in partnership with Study Tasmania are once again offering entry level courses to international students currently studying in Tasmania.
 

The following courses are on offer for 2026:

Bar Ops 101: Level Up Your Skills, Introduction to Food & Beverage Service, Introduction to Barista Skills & Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (in partnership with QHA (RTO 30826).

ENROL NOW - PROVIDE RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
(In partnership with the Queensland Hotels Association (RTO 30826)

Our Introduction to Barista Skills is your gateway to mastering the art of coffee. This course dives into everything you need to know, like picking the perfect coffee beans, grinding them just right, and getting hands-on with the latest coffee machines to create amazing drinks. 

Whether you're just stepping into the coffee scene, looking to shake off the rust, or making a comeback after a break, this course has got you covered. Get ready to impress your friends with your newfound barista skills! Let’s brew some magic together! 

•  Our Launceston courses are only available to participants 16 years or older (due to our partners insurance requirements).

• Hobart and Devonport courses are available to those under 16 years old however participants must be accompanied by a full fee-paying parent/guardian.
