DESCRIPTION:THTA has partnered with the Queensland Hotels Association (RTO 30826) to provide a nationally recognised online training program for Food Safety Supervisors (SITXFSA005 and SITXFSA006).\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn Tasmania\, all licensed food businesses must have an accessible Food Safety Supervisor (FSS). The Food Safety Supervisor qualification must have been attained within the last five years\, as there was previously no expiry date on the certificates.
