Failure to comply is a breach of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) (AML/CTF Act) and civil penalties (fines by AUSTRAC) may apply. \nGOVLAW AML/CTF training for gaming venues is available online and on-demand and includes: \n\nThe latest AUSTRAC suspicious matter indicators\nWhat steps are required for any high-risk customers\nThe key changes under the AML/CTF reforms\, from 2026\n\nGOVLAW AML/CTF training includes a randomised question bank\, access to login for up to 12 months and a certificate for download. The Food Safety Supervisor qualification must have been attained within the last five years\, as there was previously no expiry date on the certificates.
